Child Safety Standards

At Domino101 and DominoConnect, we're committed to providing a safe environment where users can enjoy our games and social features without concerns about their safety or well-being. This Safety Center outlines our comprehensive approach to platform safety, with special attention to protecting children.

Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our commitment to child safety extends across all our platforms, services, and communications.

Prevention Measures

We use the following measures to reduce harmful content on the platform:

  • Automated scanning of user-uploaded public media and post text before publication
  • Manual review of flagged or reported content by platform operators
  • Ability to unpublish or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Reporting channels via email and in-app report controls on feed posts

Detailed Prohibited Content Policy

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Content that sexualizes minors in any way, including images, text, audio, or video
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form

  • Attempts to solicit personal information from minors
  • Links to external sites containing any of the above material

Enforcement Protocol

When we detect or receive a report of prohibited content, we will:

  1. Remove or unpublish the content as quickly as practicable
  2. Suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate our child safety standards
  3. Preserve relevant evidence when required for legal proceedings
  4. Report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) when we become aware of it
