Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE
Domino101 and DominoConnect maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to creating a safe environment for all users, especially children.
Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited across all our platforms:
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming behavior or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
- Content that endangers children or contains child nudity for any purpose
Enforcement & Reporting
Our enforcement measures include:

- Immediate content removal and permanent account termination for violations

Membership & Subscription Data
What Subscription Data We Collect
When you subscribe to a Domino101 membership, we collect and store the following information:
- Membership Details: Your selected tier, billing interval (monthly/annual), subscription start and renewal dates
- Transaction Records: Payment amounts, dates, transaction reference IDs, and payment status
- Subscription Status: Active, past due, cancelled, or expired status history
- Tier Change History: Records of upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations with timestamps
- Feature Access Logs: Which premium features your membership tier grants access to
Recurring Payment Data
For recurring subscription payments processed through Fiserv:
- Payment Tokens: Fiserv stores a secure tokenized reference to your payment method for recurring charges. Domino101 does not store your full credit/debit card number
- Last Four Digits: We may store the last four digits of your card for your reference and identification purposes only
- Billing Address: Address information provided during payment setup is stored by Fiserv in accordance with their privacy policy
- Payment Processor: All payment data handling is governed by Fiserv's security standards and PCI-DSS compliance
How We Use Subscription Data
Your subscription data is used for the following purposes:
- Processing and managing your recurring subscription payments
- Granting and revoking access to tier-specific features and platform roles
- Sending billing notifications, renewal reminders, and payment failure alerts
- Providing customer support for subscription-related inquiries

- Complying with financial record-keeping and tax obligations
Data Retention
Subscription data is retained according to the following schedule:
- Active Subscriptions: All data retained while your subscription is active

- Transaction History: Payment records retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations
- Recurring Payment Tokens: Deleted from Fiserv within 30 days of subscription cancellation and final billing period end
- Account Deletion: If you delete your Domino101 account, subscription data is anonymized within 90 days, except where retention is required by law
