Domino101 the operating system for competitive domino

Competition Manager (DCMS)

Run your competition from registration to championship.

DCMS is where clubs and organizers set up competitions, register clubs and players, release fixtures, score every table and publish results and rankings, with the money and the prizes in the same place.

Screens on this page are from real competitions on Domino101.

How a competition runs on DCMS

Real screens from the JDCA Double Six Championship 2026 and One Blood Domino Club. Money, IDs and member names are hidden.

Step 1

Configure the competition

Set the layout, game type, scoring mode, score limit, tables per match and play timeout. Attach the registration agreement and rule sheet so every club plays by the same rules.

Step 2

Register clubs and players

Clubs enter their teams and players. Registration fees are tracked per club and per player, duplicate registrations across clubs are flagged, and last season's roster can be imported.

Step 3

Build and release fixtures

Work through Schedules, Matchups, Review and Release. Every matchup gets its tables, and released fixtures can be sent to players and shared with followers.

Step 4

Score every table

Scores are entered table by table in the DCMS Table Room, or imported from a printed scorecard. Seating, score cards, match leaderboards and nils update as play happens, and Arena TV puts the live match on a venue screen.

Step 5

Track prizes, sponsors and money

Set up prize pools and record winners, attach sponsors to the competition, and keep registration payments, expenses and lodgements in the competition's finance view.

Step 6

Publish results and standings

Standings and rankings are calculated from the recorded scores: clubs, duos, players, nils and head-to-head. Share them as images or print them for the venue.

Step 7

Keep everyone informed

Send fixtures, notify followers, text players, post updates and publish to partner calendars from the competition's actions menu.

Step 8

Share the round results

Every round produces a results sheet with scores and aggregate, ready to post.
