Delete your Domino101 account

This page covers Domino101 and the Domino Connect app. Deleting your account removes your contact details and sign-in. Your alias and match history stay on the sporting record.

What deletion covers

What we remove and what stays

Deletion is account erasure. We remove what identifies and contacts you, and keep the shared sporting record and the financial records the law requires.

Removed
  • Your email address, phone number and sign-in. You can no longer log in to Domino101 or Domino Connect.
  • Your legal name, reduced to initials. Your date of birth, country and RFID tag are removed.
  • Your profile photo, bio and next-of-kin details.
  • Files you uploaded to your own account, the edit history of your records and your data exports.
  • Ad viewing history, notification devices, app tokens and email preferences.
  • Events you hosted personally (held charges are refunded), AI image prompts, website enquiries and your contact details as a guardian.
Kept
  • Your Player ID, alias, initials, match history, duos, rankings and awards. They are a shared sporting record, so your partners' careers stay intact.
  • Payment, top-up, dues and payout records, without your contact details, for the legal retention period.
  • Club events stay with the club, and venues you added stay public without your name.
  • If you are a junior player, your alias and sporting profile identity are removed as well.
What happens next

Completed within 30 days

Your request goes to the Domino101 team. Your account keeps working until the request is completed.

Step 1

We receive your request

You send the request while signed in, here or in the app. We record it straight away.

Step 2

We erase the account

A Domino101 operator completes the erasure within 30 days. We may delay it while there is an unpaid charge, a disciplinary hold or a legal retention duty.

Step 3

Bones and memberships end

Active memberships and club dues are cancelled and stop renewing. Your Bones balance ends with the account: Bones have no cash value and are not paid out, so spend them first.

Request deletion

Delete your account

Only you can request deletion of your own account, and you must be signed in to do it.

  • In the Domino Connect app: open Profile, then tap Delete account.
  • Can't sign in? Email privacy@domino101.com from the address on your account.
